Coach-Centered Game Scheduling

The scheduling process will not only take into account Coach/Team Conflicts, but will also take into account coach preferences (back-to-back games, time between, etc.).

Team Preferences/Coach Conflicts

Team Coaches/Admins will be able to build a schedule "Roadmap" via the Scheduling Form. This will allow teams to determine dates/times they would like to play and preferred opponents. They will also be able to articulate coaches conflicts, other tournaments, etc.

Phases of the Scheduling Process

1. Admins/Coaches will complete the Team Scheduling Form

2. League will generate the tentative schedule based on those preferences

3. League will publish tentative schedule for review/modificaion

4. Final schedule will then be published
